With insurance we will require a 25% down payment day of service for dental procedures and a 50% down payment day of service for medical procedures.
A higher amount may be required depending on your treatment plan, coverage or account status.
Without insurance, we typically require 50% to be paid the day of surgery for most services.

Certain patients may also qualify for CareCredit. These patients may have an exam first, where all treatment and financial questions can be answered. CareCredit is the healthcare credit card exclusively designed to finance healthcare services for you or your family. CareCredit offers special financing on purchases of $200 or more for healthcare procedures not commonly covered by insurance, including dental treatments.*
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage. After your appointment, we will send you a monthly statement. Once your insurance has paid, the remaining balance is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
